Claim statute of limitations
The statute of limitations is the period of protection of the right by the claim of the violated person. The total statute of limitations is three years.
Let's present the above with an example:
For example, "A" has signed a loan / credit agreement with "B" for a period of 5 years. After the expiration of the contract, "B" can exercise his rights, ie receive his money back from "A" only for 3 years, otherwise "B" loses the period of protection of his right defined by law.
It should be noted, however, that for certain types of claims, the law may provide for shorter or longer specific periods than the general statute of limitations.
