1. In the absence of an agreement between the parents to pay alimony to the child, the alimony shall be confiscated from the parents in court by making the following monthly payments:
a) one quarter of the parent (or) other income for one child;
b) for two children, one third;
c) for three or more children, half.
The amount of the monthly payments provided for in this part shall not be less than the minimum wage set for each child, and 20% of the unemployment benefit when deducting alimony from parents receiving unemployment benefits.
2. The size of the sections provided for in part 1 of this Article may be reduced or increased by a court, taking into account the property and family status of the parties the interests worthy of attention.
